Keep It Clean - Mapping support for a tanker-free coast
Living Oceans is taking a stand against two tar sands proposals which could destroy pristine wilderness and bring supertankers to Canada's beautiful Pacific coast. We asked people across B.C. to get artsy and send us a photo sharing their opinion about supertankers and pipeline expansion. This map is part of our visual petition to remind politicians that an overwhelming majority of people want a tanker-free coast!

We know that we aren't alone in our concerns about the Enbridge Northern Gateway Project and the Kinder Morgan Trans Mountain Port Expansion. That’s why we’ve built this new map to serves as a visual petition to showcase the growing opposition to tanker traffic along the B.C. coast. The photo can be as simple or complex as you like – just make sure that the message is clear: No Tankers!
