Ocean Exposures Photo Contest 2019

Announcing the winners of Living Oceans Society's Ocean Exposures Photo Contest!

Every year, we invite the public to unleash their inner shutterbugs and let their creativity shine by sharing their favorite ocean photos with us. This helps Living Oceans Society to showcase the beauty of the ocean as we advocate for its protection.

Ocean Exposures is an online photo contest that engages amateur and professional photographers in sharing images from Canada's three oceans: Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic. The categories are: Below the Surface, Working/playing on the ocean, Coastal Wildlife and Viewers’ Choice. To enter, contestants simply submit their photo using the form on our website. We also post the entries on the Living Oceans' Facebook page. Contestants may submit up to 10 photos per catagory.

This year's contest ran from June 15th to September 15th, 2019. Our judge Andrew S Wright selected winners for each category based on clarity, exposure, composition, uniqueness and creativity. For more details and contest rules, visit "".
